Malai Koodai collection in produced in limited batches with artisanal clusters in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Koodai is a tradional knotting technique used for making the eye catching colorful “baskets” all across South India. While these days baskets are made from plastic wires, ours are made using Malai biocomposite strips.
