At Malai Eco, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may be provided.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product received is damaged at the time of delivery.

No refunds will be provided for any other reason.

Reporting Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@malai.eco with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs or video of the product and outer packaging

Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe

Resolution

Upon verification of the damage, we may, at our discretion:

Issue a refund, or

  • Provide a replacement of the product

Non-Refundable Situation
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Delays in delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping & Transit

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the logistics partner.

While we assist customers in tracking shipments, delivery delays or losses during transit are outside our direct control.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, subject to the policies of the payment provider.
