Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, order cancellations are generally not permitted.

Customers are requested to verify all order details before completing the purchase.

Exceptions

Cancellation requests may be reviewed only in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate payment

• Order placed due to a technical error

Approval of such requests will be at the sole discretion of Malai Eco.
